Additional Terms & Conditions

• State and customs charges are not refundable. This includes shipping and handling charges and paid taxes. 

• All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are prepaid at purchase. Additionally, customers are liable for any loss or damage to the returned product(s) while in transit back to Integrated Roots International®.

• Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon our transfer of the products to the carrier for delivery. Shipping and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and are estimates only.  Integrated Roots International® is not liable for any delays or mistakes in shipments caused by courier services third-party shipping.
