Return policy for Integrated Roots International®purchases

• Integrated Roots International® will replace damaged products within 30 days of purchase. If an error was made on our part in filling your order your product will be exchanged for another of your choice. 

• Integrated Roots International® allows 30 days from the date of your order to return the product purchased at integratedrootsinternational.com and request a refund. If you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason, Complimentary consultation is available for priority resolution by contacting us at integratedrootsinternational.com/contact.

• All returns must have a requested return authorization within 30 days of your order. A return authorization can be requested at integratedrootsinternational.com/contact to request a return authorization number (RAN).

• A RAN return authorization number must be included with any returned product.

• Once a RAN is received in addition to returning items, the RAN and the tracking number must be emailed in order for us to track all returned items.

• Unwanted product(s) must be returned to the address provided in order to receive a refund within 15 days of your receipt of RAN.

• Products must be returned in good physical condition (unopened, not physically broken or noticeable damage).
